Issues
Anxiety
Anxiety comes in many forms and is often one of them biggest reasons why someone comes into therapy. Anxiety symptoms can include: constant worrying, obsessive thinking, muscle trembling and tension, trouble breathing and racing heartbeat, difficulty with concentrating as well as, disordered sleep and eating patterns.
Codependency
Codependency has often been called "relationship addiction". In healing codependency, it's important to recognize where one person ends and another begins. Taking steps away from rescuing to supporting behavior is a vital step in healing codependency. Symptoms can include: feeling responsible for others, expectations from others for own happiness, self critical, difficulty with identifying own needs, attracted to others with problems and people pleasing behaviors.
Stress
Stress also comes in different forms. There is good stress and bad stress; however, both types of stress can take a toll on our body, hearts and minds. There are different layers of stress: acute, intermittent and chronic. Stress can cause problems in marriages and families. Symptoms of stress can include: physical symptoms, such as low immune system, stomach upsets and rashes/hives. Trauma/PTSD
Trauma is the emotional response to a major life change or event. Symptoms can include: nightmares, mood swings, irritability, feelings of disconnect, as well as feelings of guilt/shame and self blame.

Symptoms can include: Problems with sleep, concentration, thoughts of guilt/hopelessness, lack of energy and motivation, loss of interest in things and suicidal thinking.
